About these terms

These terms apply to your use of mixnevents.com and the customer communication services of Mixn Events LLC, doing business as Mixn Events, a mobile DJ and event entertainment business based in Columbia, South Carolina.

Website use

Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting services. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent or unauthorized information. Website materials describe our services and help you inquire or plan an event.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not by itself confirm a booking. Availability, service details, pricing, payment requirements, cancellation provisions, and other event-specific terms are addressed in your proposal or separate event/service agreement, including agreements handled through Check Cherry. These website terms do not replace those agreements.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Sender and purpose: Mixn Events sends customer text messages related to inquiries, bookings, payments, and event updates.

Opt-in: You may opt in through the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox in our Check Cherry booking/contact forms. By selecting it, you consent to the messages described in the disclosure. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing or booking services.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Opting out of SMS does not prevent necessary non-SMS communications, such as email or telephone communications related to an existing booking.

Delivery: Message delivery may depend on your carrier and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes and SMS opt-in/consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information solely to provide services on behalf of Mixn Events. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or embed booking, payment, and social-media services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Event-specific agreement changes remain subject to the applicable agreement; posting updated website terms does not replace it.
