Mixn Events LLC, doing business as Mixn Events (“Mixn Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a mobile DJ and event entertainment business based in Columbia, South Carolina. This policy explains how information is handled through mixnevents.com and our inquiry, booking, and customer communication process.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, event type and date, venue or location, entertainment preferences, inquiry details, booking and agreement information, and communications with us. Where payments are involved, payment providers may collect billing and payment information; we may receive transaction, invoice, payment-status, or related booking records. Please do not send payment-card details through ordinary email or text messages.

Information may be provided when you contact us, complete a contact or booking form, request a quote, plan or book an event, communicate with us, or make a payment. Our booking and contact process uses Check Cherry. Website and booking technologies may also collect technical information such as browser or device details, IP address, pages visited, and interactions.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings and agreements, plan event services, coordinate venue and event details, handle payment-related records, and communicate with customers. Information may also support website operation, service improvement, recordkeeping, security, and applicable legal obligations. SMS is used for inquiries, bookings, payments, and event updates when you opt in.

SMS privacy and consent

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes and SMS opt-in or consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to another business for its own messaging or marketing.

Service providers, including booking and messaging providers, may process mobile numbers and consent information solely to provide services on behalf of Mixn Events, such as recording your preferences or delivering our messages. This service-provider processing does not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers and other disclosures

Information may be processed by providers supporting our website hosting, booking, communications, analytics, or payments as needed to provide those services.
